The HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e is a multipurpose printer rolled out for use in small to midsize offices. This model replaces the OfficeJet Pro 9025 that was rolled out back in 2019. Just as with its predecessor, it manages to perform a fast and efficient printing to improve work productivity.

The OfficeJet Pro 9025e has a set of features that support a powerful performance. While the automatic document feeder allows automatic copies, scan, and faxes, high print resolution makes it dependable for printing professional documents and photos.

When it comes to design, this model is pretty much like its predecessor both in weight and size. Measuring 12.5 inches high by 17.2 inches wide by 15.6 inches deep, it doesn’t take up a lot of space on your desk. Space rearrangement is not necessarily needed when you have this printer.

Not only is it a great space saver, the OfficeJet Pro 9025e is also visually attractive. Combining white and grey coverings, it offers monochromatic nuance that blends in with other elements in the room. The design reminds me a lot to its business printer counterpart, the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e.

This model is equipped with an automatic document feeder on its top. This device promotes work efficiency and multitasks as it lets you copy, scan, and fax double-sided documents without user intervention.

On top of that, it has a 2.7-inch capacitive touchscreen that serves as a control panel. The color touchscreen allows simple and easier control for scanning or making copies. To the left of the control panel, you’ll find indicator lights for power and connectivity.

If you ask me, the OfficeJet Pro 9025e has everything you need for a sturdy printer for use in home offices or small businesses. Coming with a small footprint and attractive design, it can be a great addition in your workspace.

HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e Performance

Just as with its predecessor, the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e brags about fast performance. Rated at 24 pages per minute for black and 20 pages per minute for color, this speed rating is slightly higher than its counterpart, the OfficeJet Pro 9015e. It also has a relatively quick first page out at 9 seconds.

This speed rating, however, varies depending on type of documents. While printing ISO, laser comparable document is exactly the same as normal printing, it is not the case with draft. When you are working with draft, the speed increases significantly up to 39 pages per minute for black and color.

Compared to inkjet printers in the same class, this model is not the fastest but it is just good to get everything done. Especially for business purpose, the OfficeJet Pro 9025e has the ability to meet your demand for fast printing.
