Using this application, you can scan the QR Code to connect with the printer. It also supports easy mobile printing as well as ink monitoring. Whenever your ink is about to run out, this application will automatically reorder the ink. This is what you cannot get from other printers.

Unfortunately, HP is lack of printing software. The software includes HP Photo Creations that allow you to edit and enhance the photo before printing and HP Printer Software that helps you manage the printer device.

HP OfficeJet 5260 Printing Quality

The print speed for the monochrome page is up to 10 ppm with a printing quality that is comparable to a laser printer. Meanwhile, for color pages, the speed fell down to 7 ppm.

HP boasts 2 years of Instant Ink that will be automatically delivered to your door. When you are using the HP Smart app, the application helps monitor your ink level. When it reaches the minimum level, this app will automatically reorder Instant Ink. You can feel the convenience for 2 years after using the product.

The OfficeJet 5260 has 2 ink cartridges that consist of 1 black ink and 1 Tri-color (CMY). The compatible ink types include dye-based for color and pigment-based for the black one. Interestingly, HP also provides XL cartridges both for the black and color. These XL cartridges can accommodate more pages up to 480 pages for black and 330 pages for color ink.
